Dragon (by Darren)

Once upon a time, a dragon lived in a cave near Darkwater cove. And he ate fish every day. One day he was just too tired of eating fish. "I'm tired of eating fish. I want to eat meat." So that's exactly what he did. He went to a nearby castle on Stonerock.

Stonerock was a tiny village. They had no money, so they had to work in the fields every day at the same farm. When the dragon reached the village, he asked a villager, "Where's the king?"

"On...I mean, in the castle drinking his hot chocolate." And then the villager went back to his work. The villager had a secret that he kept. He knew that the king would be really, really mad if anyone (except his servants) annoys him if he's having his hot chocolate time.

"You better not annoy the king... or you will face the consequences!" warned the villager.

But the dragon didn't mind at all. He just thought how yummy the king would be if he ate him. So the dragon charged up and blew the castle to bits. "Who dares burn the king!" The dragon knew that he should have listened to the villager. He wanted to run away, but he knew the king's army would go after him. He didn't know what to do. He knew he was in big trouble. He wanted to fly away, but he imagined the spears that would be thrown at him. "Uhhhhh, I do." said the dragon. The dragon was sentenced to an eight year society for burning the king.
